On September 5, 2019, The Hilliard Church of Christ is hosting the second annual Community Call to Action event: “Confronting the Addiction Crisis”. Sponsored by the ADAMH Board of Franklin County and Prevention Action Alliance, we are excited to introduce new presentations, continuing education credits, childcare and food/refreshments. The event “Confronting the Addiction Crisis” is to introduce the community to free educational resources from area addiction / mental health agencies.

The event will feature compelling presentations including Narcan training and distribution provided by Comp Drug, H.A.R.T.’s “Can You See Me Now?” a simulated teen’s bedroom identifying early warning signs of teen drug misuse, Q & A with Hilliard Police detectives, Norwich Township Fire Department and the Public Safety Director, presentations from Maryhaven, and several other dynamic speakers.
