Event Description:
Children, youth, and families are invited to the Halloween Hullabaloo on October 31! The parking lot at First Community North will include spooktacular music, games, a food truck, and activities for of all ages. Best of all, wear a (non-scary) costume for a parade and costume contest! All are welcome; no registration necessary. Masks are required.
