Jessica Anderson has twenty years of experience in the concrete industry. She started in the accounting department at Buckeye Ready-Mix in 2001 and has served as the Treasurer of ALD Precast since 2006. She is also a member of the Anderson Concrete Board of Directors. In 2021,  Jessica was named the fifth President of Anderson Concrete, continuing the fourth generation leadership for the company. She earned a Bachelor of Arts from Hanover College and an MBA from Ohio Dominican University. She is involved with the Builders Exchange of Central Ohio, graduating from the BX Rising Leaders Program, and serves on the Scholarship Committee. She is also an active member of the American Concrete Institute (Treasurer of the Central Ohio Chapter), Ohio Concrete Association, Women Presidents’ Organization (WPO) and Conway Center for Family Business.

Alice Martin is from Columbus Ohio and is third generation at Martin Painting and Coating Co. a Commercial and Industrial Painting Contractor which is in Grove City Ohio. Her father is president, and her grandfather Timothy Martin established Martin Painting in 1953. She graduated from The Ohio State University in 2018 with a degree in Communications and Business. Alice is a member of the company's Leadership Team, which is implemented from the Entrepreneurial Operating System, or E.O.S. Business model (The book Traction, Author Gino Wickman). Alice manages hiring, business development, outreach, and training programs at Martin Painting and has been with the company 6 years.

Heather Alonso is a Board Certified Entomologist and holds a degree from Clemson University in Crop and Soil Environmental Science.  She has been in the industry for over 17 years and held various roles focused on technical training.  She is currently the Technical Training Manager for Target Specialty Products and lives in Columbus, OH with her husband, AJ and three children.
