HR Strategies in a Hybrid Work-Environment

Columbus College of Art & Design and Capital University are excited to invite you to a unique, FREE, professional development and networking opportunity. On Thursday, September 7, 2023, from 10 am –2 pm, we will host an HR Summit for local HR leaders on CCAD’s campus. The Summit will feature HR expertise from JC Rice, Enterprise Change Management Portfolio Manager at NiSource, and Design Thinking strategies from Dr. Tamara Peyton, Chair of the Masters of Professional Studies in UX Design at CCAD. This event will be an interactive experience that will allow you to learn from and collaborate with other professionals as we discuss recruitment strategies, team-building, and culture-creation techniques in a post-COVID workplace.
