JobsOhio - What Is It and What Is Its Impact?
 

Tyler Yaple, Director, Government Affairs & External Engagement JobsOhio, will be our guest speaker at our January Chamber Virtual Meeting on Friday, January 22nd at 11:30am.  

Tyler is responsible for leading engagement, outreach, and collaboration with government officials and other key stakeholders. Tyler works directly with these stakeholders across Ohio, including federal, state, and local elected officials, economic development partners, and other key organizations and business leaders. Additionally, Tyler works in close collaboration with the JobsOhio Regional Network to drive engagement outcomes across the state. He assists in strategy development, policy education and plays an instrumental role in helping to increase JobsOhio’s visibility and engagement with all stakeholders.

Before joining JobsOhio, Tyler served in various roles in the Ohio House of Representatives, including special assistant to the Speaker of the House. He managed a victorious state legislative campaign during the 2016 election cycle and was a member of the 2015 Legislative Service Commission Fellowship class.

Tyler graduated from Wittenberg University with a bachelor’s degree in political science. He grew up in Dublin, Ohio and currently lives in Shawnee Hills, Ohio with his wife, Alyssa.
